Hi, thanks for the comment. I'm sorry for the late reply. The "time machine" photos were made in photoshop with some pictures of cars that I took last summer. I replaced the backgrounds with the selection and paint tools. I used gaussian blur, radial blur, many adjustment layers, and lots of trial and error. I hope this helps. :)
